A Place Called Home, Inc. is an organization dedicated to serving the South Florida community by providing a valuable service.  We help seniors and disabled adults achieve independence, dignity and equality in housing, meals and personal care.  

Our seniors and disabled adults receive services free or at a nominal fee.

We also offer membership to the organization.  These members, also known as "friends", enjoy all the perks of our organization. This can include assistance with food, clothing and personal care for a low income senior and disabled adult in your household through one of our referrals.

A Place Called Home, Inc. has been widely-recognized as the best of its kind. We have offered housing, meals and personal care to seniors and disabled adults by referrals or by placement in one of our healthcare facilities at a free or reduced cost since 2006.  Our membership is growing at a steady pace. With this growth, we have been able to accomplish more, and have a larger impact upon our community. We welcome you with open arms. Please inquire today about how you can become a part of our growing membership. We are always looking for community-based volunteers as well.
